• Workshops can be finished or unfinished. Ceilings and walls can be insulated or uninsulated with steel liner panel or OSB. 
• Building permits for all residential pole buildings and costs will be obtained by Solid Barn Construction. SBC will call for all needed inspections.

Solid Barn Construction is located in Yale, Michigan but we build residential pole buildings in the following cities. Port Huron, Smiths Creek, Wadhams, Marysville, St. Clair, Emmett, Goodells, Armada, Romeo, Almont, Memphis, Richmond, Imlay City, Lapeer, Brown City, Sandusky, Croswell, and Peck. You will be invited to speak to clients and visit locations from all across Michigan. We have clients in St. Clair, Sanilac, Macomb, and Lapeer county Michigan.
