- Headers 2x10, 2x12 with 2x6 Y bracing depending on building specifications
- Trusses 2’ o.c. with ½” OSBwith clips and 15 lb. felt & ice shield
- Trusses 4’ oc. with 2x4’s 2’ o.c.
- Many roof pitches available
- Shingles are a dimensional - 30 yr. warrantee
- Steel is 29 gauge ultra 2000 - 45 yr. warrantee (fastened with galvanized painted screws)
- Ridge Vent Ventilation & 50% ventilation in boxed overhangs
- Vinyl siding & trim
- Vinyl windows – insulated and non insulated options
- Doors – sliding, overhead, walk in service doors
